Job summary

Insight FS, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across divisions, sourcing passive and active candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill roles. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of recruiting experience, and a proven ability to manage high-volume fills and campus partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; 1–3 years in recruiting or sourcing.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and student programs is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for assigned roles across divisions.
• Source passive and active talent using internal databases, networks, and job boards.
• Partner with management to define job marketing and intake sessions with hiring managers.
• Represent the employer brand at career fairs, campus events, and recruiting events.
• Track recruiting metrics and align strategy with HR goals and compliance.
