We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and deliver top talent across a variety of corporate functions. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has expertise in passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns
- Screen inbound applicants and assess qualifications
Recruitment Support
- Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Participate in intake meetings to understand role requirements
- Support hiring goals and reduce time-to-fill
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (approximately 5–8)
Candidate Assessment & Submission
- Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and business needs
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
- Provide candidate recommendations and ensure smooth handoff to recruiting teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Attend recruiter and stakeholder meetings
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner
ATS & Compliance
- Manage candidate workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with Workday is preferred
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, staffing, or corporate HR
- Experience delivering qualified candidates for professional and corporate roles
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and industry trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
