Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in recruiting or a HR generalist function.
• Previous banking industry experience highly preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop creative recruitment strategies for respective line(s) of business.
• Identify passive candidates through networking and multiple sourcing methods including referrals, leads, and cold outreach.
• Conduct thorough job specifications with hiring managers to determine position needs and context.
• Drive the recruiting process by engaging candidates via phone and in person interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage manager interviews.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS accurately and timely.
• Negotiate and extend offers; prepare new hires and managers for start.
• Recruit for multiple openings concurrently across lines of business.
• May represent the organization in campus visits, career fairs, and recruiting events; travel may be required.
