Job summary

Insight FS, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a talented recruiter to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring across the organization.

You will work with management to design recruitment strategies for the Retail Division and build talent pipelines. The role focuses on campus recruiting, internship programs, and high-volume sourcing, partnering with divisions to fill roles and promote the Insight FS employment brand at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
• Ability to complete PHR or SHRM certification.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop general recruiting strategies to market the Retail Division.
• Build relationships with local colleges and schools to recruit students for internships and programs.
• Partner with business divisions to understand goals and fill roles.
• Lead full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Attend recruiting events and coordinate attendance with Retail Division employees.
• Promote the company employment brand with every candidate interaction.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for campus recruiting and branding across the System.
• Track recruiting metrics and document activity in SuccessFactors ATS.
