Job summary

InsightFS in Wisconsin seeks a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the organization. You will source candidates, manage the full lifecycle, and coordinate with campus partners to build pipelines for internships and full-time roles.

Collaborate with management to align recruiting strategies with business goals, attend career fairs and events, maintain EEOC compliance, and promote the InsightFS employment brand across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing or similar, with evaluation and decision-making skills for talent acquisition.
• Experience working with ATS and driving full lifecycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing passive and active candidates to support hiring goals.
• Developing relationships with local colleges, universities, and schools for internships and full-time roles.
• Managing end-to-end recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinating attendance at career fairs and events to promote the company.
• Ensuring EEOC guidelines are followed and promoting the employer brand.
