Job summary

ReliaQuest, LLC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support recruiting across multiple departments and geographies. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, craft effective sourcing strategies, and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

In this role, you will engage in campus recruiting initiatives, partner with university career centers, and help drive early-career pipelines.

Qualifications

• Staffing/recruitment experience.
• Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle/ processes.
• Experience on mapping and sourcing resumes across multiple platforms.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the recruiting lifecycle to hire top talent across various locations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and sourcing strategies for each role.
• Leverage sourcing tools to add candidates to the pipeline and attract elite candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze metrics to measure success and aid in future strategy development.
• Engage in campus recruiting initiatives and build relationships with universities and student organizations.
