Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build a proactive campus and early-career talent pipeline across channels. You will engage with colleges, student organizations, and internal partners to ensure a continuous flow of strong candidates for current and future roles.

In this role you will develop relationships with career centers, manage CRM and ATS workflows, and represent Towne's culture at campus events.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sourcing, recruiting or campus recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with campus recruiting programs and internal mobility programs is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing and pipeline development across channels.
• Campus and early-career relationship building with colleges and student organizations.
• Internal mobility and talent pipelines in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Talent community and CRM management.
• Employer branding and event representation at campus fairs and student events.
• Collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams to align sourcing with open roles.
