Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and advocate for candidates, combining sourcing strategies with market intelligence to meet hiring needs.

In this 12-month contract, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, build a strong candidate network, screen, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain ATS-driven reports to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit across all stages in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong market research and passive sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver value.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Proficient in ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate selection including screens and interviews.
