Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the operational engine behind our global TA function. You will drive reporting transparency, system and vendor infrastructure, and AI-enabled recruiting initiatives.

This hands-on role requires turning data into actionable insights for senior leaders, managing Workday and Phenom implementations, and optimizing TA technology and spend across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR systems, or Recruiting Analytics.
• Experience turning data into a clear performance story for business leaders.
• Hands‑on administration of Workday (ATS) required; Phenom (or comparable talent CRM) strongly preferred.
• Experience owning or optimizing recruiting technology and media spend, including vendor management and renewal analysis.
• Strong process‑design and change‑management skills, with a track record of driving real adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Advanced Excel/O365 and hands‑on dashboard/reporting build experience; comfort working with people‑data at scale.
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams and coordinating across US, India, and Philippines time zones.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize, maintain and evolve TA reporting for recruiting leads and TA/HR leadership.
• Own TA metrics definition and governance across regions and segments.
• Translate data into narratives highlighting changes, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver automated, standardized dashboards and productionize performance tools.
