CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to act as the operational and performance engine behind our global TA function. You will deliver transparent TA reporting, manage the systems and vendor infrastructure, and drive AI and recruiting technology adoption across the team.

This hands-on role blends data work with stakeholder engagement, and requires ownership of Workday (ATS) and Phenom (CRM). The position is full-time and remote, with eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruiting Analytics.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Hands-on administration of Workday ATS and Phenom CRM.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and evolve TA reporting for leadership.
• Manage TA tech stack, dashboards, and tools adoption.
• Lead recruiter enablement and change management for new tools.
• Track AI-enabled recruiting efficiency and cost savings.
• Coordinate across regions US and international.
