Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to drive TA reporting, systems, and technology adoption in a remote, full-time role. You’ll own data transparency, platform governance, and the TA tech roadmap while partnering with HR Strategy to enable scalable recruitment across regions.

You will lead recruiter enablement, measure AI-enabled recruitment impact, and ensure seamless system integrations with Workday and Phenom.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Analytics
• Ability to turn data into a performance story for senior leaders
• Hands-on Workday (ATS) administration required; Phenom experience preferred
• Experience owning recruiting technology and managing vendor spend
• Strong process-design and change-management skills with adoption focus
• Advanced Excel/O365 and dashboarding experience

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and evolve TA reporting for leaders
• Govern TA metrics to ensure consistency across regions
• Translate data into narratives to show what moves performance
• Deliver automated dashboards and productionize performance/tools
• Lead AI-enabled recruiting tooling rollout and adoption
• Own Workday and Phenom configuration and integrations
• Manage TA technology budget and cost-per-hire analysis
• Design standardized TA workflows across regions
• Provide training and enablement for recruiters on systems
