Job summary

CAI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of our global TA function. You will own reporting, analytics, and the tech stack (Workday, Phenom) while driving AI-enabled recruiting and efficiency gains.

This full-time, remote role demands hands-on delivery, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business-facing TA reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to define, govern and standardize TA metrics across regions.
• Experience with AI and recruiting technology adoption.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT and HRIS teams.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize TA reporting for leadership with clear, outcome-focused insights.
• Govern TA metrics to ensure consistency across regions and segments.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and recruiting technology across the team.
• Own Workday and Phenom configurations, workflows and integrations.
• Manage TA budget, vendor performance, and tool ROI across the function.
