Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day TA Workday support processes across the recruitment lifecycle. The role emphasizes coaching, workload management, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence in a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR/talent operations or related functions.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, onboarding support, or team leadership.
• Experience managing operational processes, escalations, SLAs, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA operations and frontline people leadership across TA Workday support processes.
• Oversee day-to-day workload distribution, scheduling, capacity planning, and service commitments.
• Support onboarding, training, career development, and learning to strengthen team capability.
• Identify and drive process improvements and governance for TA services.
• Partner with Talent leaders and technology teams to support program delivery and stakeholder management.
• Develop dashboards and insights to support decision-making and performance.
• Lead onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
