Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day TA Workday support and recruitment lifecycle. This role provides direct leadership, coaching, prioritization, workload management, and performance support to ensure operational activities are delivered accurately, compliantly, and in alignment with service expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent with 6+ years experience).
4+ years in HR operations, talent services, or shared services.
Experience coaching, onboarding, training, or leading teams.
Experience managing high-volume processes with SLAs and compliance.
Experience with a SaaS ATS or recruitment module; Workday Recruiting preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and HR/talent/recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day TA operations, workload management, scheduling, and capacity planning.
Oversee centralized TA processes, tickets, and operational activities; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Resolve escalations, advise on complex questions, and manage risk across TA services.
Identify and implement process improvements; drive governance and change readiness.
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and performance.
Provide onboarding, coaching, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability.
