Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, learning and development, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR (talent) operations, HR Shared Services, or related operational functions.
• Experience coaching, onboarding support, and team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with SaaS-based ATS or recruitment module, preferably Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TA processes, transactions, ticket requests, and operational activities across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure operational work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with firm policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Lead onboarding, training, knowledge sharing, and development activities to strengthen team capability.
• Partner with Talent leaders and technology teams to deliver TA programs and governance.
