Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead TA Workday support, oversee centralized processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery. You will coach the team, manage workloads, and partner with Talent leaders to optimize programs.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, data-driven governance, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, learning and development, or communications.
• 4+ years of HR talent operations or related experience.
• Experience coaching, onboarding, and team leadership.
• Experience with SaaS ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workload distribution, prioritization, scheduling, capacity planning.
• Oversee TA processes, transactions, ticket requests, and operational activities.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and compliant with standards.
• Research, resolve, and respond to operational queries and escalations.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve delivery and experience.
• Lead onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing for the team.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and governance for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Talent leaders and technology teams to deliver TA programs.
