Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations leadership.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, requisition management, workflows, reporting, and offer administration.
• Experience leading teams within fast-paced HR environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recruiting Coordinator team and standardize recruiting support activities.
• Oversee Workday Recruiting administration, data integrity, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes and service delivery.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR leaders to forecast workforce needs.
• Manage onboarding readiness and interview coordination for corporate roles.
