Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day TA Workday support across the recruitment lifecycle. You will coach, prioritize, and manage workload while ensuring accurate, compliant operations and service excellence.

The role emphasizes stakeholder partnership, governance, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in a global, matrix environment. A strong focus on training and capability development is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in HR (talent) operations or related functions.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, onboarding support, or training.
• Experience with SaaS-based ATS or recruitment module, preferably Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day TA operations, workload distribution, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Oversee centralized TA processes, SLAs, escalations, and governance.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across TA functions.
• Build strong partnerships with Talent leaders and technology teams.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and governance supporting decision-making.
• Lead onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability.
