Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day execution of TA Workday support processes across the recruitment lifecycle. You will coach, prioritize, manage workload, and ensure activities are accurate, compliant, and aligned with service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent
• 4+ years in HR operations, shared services, or related function
• Experience coaching, mentoring, onboarding support or team leadership
• Experience managing operational processes with SLAs and risk management
• Experience supporting a SaaS-based ATS, preferably Workday Recruiting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workload distribution, scheduling, and capacity planning
• Oversee centralized TA processes, transactions, tickets, and activities across areas of responsibility
• Ensure work is accurate, timely, compliant with policies and service standards
• Identify and resolve escalations, risks, and stakeholder concerns
• Drive process improvements and governance for talent operations programs
• Develop and maintain process docs, training materials and knowledge base
• Partner with Talent leaders and technology teams to deliver scalable TA services
