Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking the Talent Acquisition Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day TA operations, oversee Workday support across the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure services are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time in a global, matrix environment.

You will coach and develop the team, manage workload, onboarding, training, and career development while partnering with Talent leaders and technology teams to drive continuous improvement and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, L&D, communications or related field with 6+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years in HR talent operations, shared services, or related high-volume environment.
• Experience directing teams, coaching, onboarding, training.
• Experience with SaaS-based ATS or recruitment module, preferably Workday Recruiting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/talent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day TA operations with workload distribution, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Oversee TA processes across the recruitment lifecycle with SLAs and quality.
• Coach and develop team, onboarding, training, and career growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Partner with Talent leaders and tech teams to deliver TA programs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and governance.
