• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Cover for other coordinators to keep scheduling and logistics running smoothly.
• Use AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination work, and flag process improvements when opportunities arise.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
