LiveRamp seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to independently manage core hiring workflows, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and People Operations to keep processes moving smoothly and provide a high-quality candidate experience.

You will own interview scheduling across teams and time zones, coordinate onsite logistics, and help improve TA processes through documentation and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Independently manages core operational workflows across the hiring lifecycle.
• Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, interview teams, People Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
• Identifies workflow issues and develops practical solutions and documentation to improve TA processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, time zones, and interview formats.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and interview teams.
• Serve as primary operational contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics and host candidates as needed.
• Prioritize scheduling needs and timelines across multiple concurrent searches.
• Identify and resolve scheduling, communication, and logistical issues that could impact candidates or hiring teams.
• Build and maintain interview plans, including stages, panel composition, and communications.
• Ensure interview plans and workflows are configured in recruiting systems and adapt as hiring needs evolve.
• Provide guidance on established processes, scheduling practices, and Talent Acquisition workflows.
