Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years in TA or related ops.

• Strong knowledge of SLAs, metrics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day TA operations and scheduling across assigned areas.
• Ensure activities meet firm policies, compliance, and service standards.
• Research and resolve escalations with sound judgment and documentation.
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive continuous improvement in delivery and experience.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with Talent leaders and external vendors to meet objectives.
