Job summary

Airalo is hiring a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own the ATS, data, and processes that enable fast, reliable hiring across the globe. You will automate workflows, fix data quality at the source, and empower recruiters and hiring managers with scalable solutions.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure consistent, compliant recruiting across regions while building dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or People Ops with hands-on ATS administration (e.g., Lever).
• Proven experience building recruiting reports and turning data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience building automations or integrations that remove manual work from recruiting workflows.
• Proven experience leading change management and delivering enablement including training and documentation.
• Working knowledge of data privacy requirements in hiring (GDPR) across regions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and fluent English in business context.
• Experience using AI to improve recruiting workflows while protecting candidate data.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of our ATS and recruiting tech stack, including integrations.
• Evaluate, implement, and retire tools; manage vendor relationships.
• Build automations that reduce manual work for the talent team.
• Design and improve end-to-end hiring workflows from requisition to onboarding handoff.
• Ensure consistent hiring practices across regions and GDPR compliance.
• Build dashboards and reports on funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and pipeline health; ensure ATS data reliability.
• Translate data into leadership-ready recommendations and support headcount planning.
• Maintain guides and training materials; lead change management for new tools and processes.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
