Transformations Care Network is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to blend analytics, HR technology, and process improvement while overseeing the TA Support team for end-to-end pre-hire coordination. The role drives efficiency from offer acceptance through onboarding across a multi-site environment.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with recruiting systems, and a continuous improvement mindset, with remote leadership across locations.

Formación

• 6+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations.
• 3+ years leading TA support staff and coordinators.
• Experience managing remote, geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to coach staff, establish workflows and SLAs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting operations.
• Expertise with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI and SharePoint.
• Proficient in Tableau or Google Data Studio.

Responsabilidades

• Improve processes for candidate experience and operations.
• Streamline hiring from job posting to onboarding while maintaining positive candidate experience.
• Lead TA Support team with SLAs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update SOPs for consistency.
• Serve as primary admin for ATS and HRIS.
• Optimize workflows with Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Recommend and implement recruiting tools.
• Build dashboards to track time-to-fill, pipeline health, recruiter performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Ops; communicate insights to executives.
• Train recruiters and TA Coordinators on tools and processes.
• Manage vendor relationships for recruiting tools and background checks.
