Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of Talent Operations to lead and scale the recruiting engine across global teams. You will manage a team of four Talent Operations professionals and oversee operations that support a ~40-person recruiting organization, driving efficiency and consistency.

You will own the recruiting tech stack, scheduling, and candidate experience, partnering with finance and HR to forecast hiring and optimize processes as Ramp grows.

• Experience building scalable recruiting infrastructure and processes.
• Strong systems thinking and execution to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Talent Operations professionals.
• Own recruiting tech stack strategy, implementation, and optimization.
• Oversee headcount planning governance in partnership with finance.
• Manage end-to-end interview operations and scheduling at high volume.
• Develop programs that improve interviewer enablement and candidate experience.
