AnswerNet is seeking a proactive Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to manage full lifecycle talent acquisition and onboarding for our growing remote workforce. You will source, vet, and onboard high-volume Technical Support Representatives who support wireless networks and subscriber services nationwide.

You will also partner with our Marketing Team to boost employer branding and run recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram to engage qualified applicants.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Ability to verify candidate home hardware specifications and internet speeds.
• Experience posting job openings on social media and collaborating with marketing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Windows PC requirements: Windows 10/11, 8 GB RAM, quad-core, wired internet 80/15, dual monitors.
• Other requirements may vary by management.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding high-volume Technical Support Representatives for wireless telecom subscribers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance employer branding and run recruitment campaigns across social channels.
