AnswerNet is seeking a proactive Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to manage full-lifecycle talent acquisition and candidate onboarding for our growing remote workforce.

In this role, you will source, vet, and onboard high-volume Technical Support Representatives who provide front-line technical support, account billing assistance, and network troubleshooting for wireless telecommunications subscribers operating on major nationwide networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting and onboarding, preferably in high-volume call center, customer service, or remote technical support environments.
• Experience managing candidate workflows in ATS platforms like UKG.
• Ability to verify candidate hardware specifications and remote internet speeds.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & High-Volume Sourcing for Technical Support Representatives.
• Administer and score pre-hire assessments evaluating typing speed, grammar, and customer empathy.
• Coordinate background checks, compliance docs, and day-one training launch.
• Partner with Marketing to align recruitment messaging and social media campaigns.
• Audit candidate home hardware against technical requirements before offers.
