Job summary

TalkNY Therapy is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. This remote role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers in a fast-growth healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates will have recruiting and onboarding experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HR software and standard office tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and onboarding, preferably in healthcare or mental health.
• Proficiency with HR software and standard office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized.
• Ability to multitask and work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms and build a candidate pipeline.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for roles.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the pipeline.
• Track hiring metrics and report on applications and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and collect required documentation.
• Set up new hires in internal systems and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
