Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition. This fully remote role enables you to source, evaluate, and onboard top talent for our global operations from anywhere.

You will design sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements using ATS/HRIS tools. Ideal candidates are proactive recruiters who thrive in a remote-first culture, with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of recruitment best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably remote.
• Proven success sourcing candidates through social media and networks.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
• Proficient in using HRIS and ATS software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment.
• Self-starter with a desire to contribute to a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Utilise ATS to manage candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
• Enhance the employer brand through online channels and networking.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires for a smooth transition.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and challenges.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
