Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a Recruiting Representative in Baton Rouge, LA. You will support the full recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring data integrity across HR systems and files.

The role involves pre-screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and maintaining timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey. In this role, you will quarterly audit documents, manage new hire paperwork, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a flawless candidate

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with onboarding, background checks, and HR data integrity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR information and audit new hire documentation for data integrity.
• Track new hire documentation and ensure start date alignment with orientation.
• Initiate background checks and coordinate with the vendor for timely completion.
• Manage onboarding process and update HR systems and folders in a timely manner.
• Pre-screen applications and assist scheduling of interviews for the recruiting team.
• Support all employee administrative processes and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates about status updates.
• Schedule new hire orientation and manage space for each cycle.
