Responsibilities

• Track and document hiring status for partners and new hires.
• Prepare and extend offers per compliance and job requirements.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve recruitment/process inquiries.
• Provide training and technical support on recruitment HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding events and ensure timely information delivery.
• Process background checks and other onboarding verifications.
• Support Workday workflows after offers and assist with third-party accounts.
• Gather and process recruitment and solutions center paperwork.
• Ensure new hires have proper hardware and software setup.
• Contribute to workforce recruiting plans at unit/department level.
• Assist with sourcing when needed and engage in onboarding improvements.
