Job summary

Texas Family Care Network seeks a Talent Acquisition and Retention Coordinator to identify sources of talent, screen applicants, and provide hiring managers with viable candidates. You will schedule and participate in interview panels while advancing onboarding and retention initiatives.

You will lead new employee welcoming, performance development, succession planning, morale, and diversity programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains a strong, diverse workforce in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications

• Provide hiring managers with viable candidates and coordinate interview logistics.
