Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination or HR admin experience.
• Experience coordinating calendars and meetings across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple lines of business.
• Manage complex interview calendars and logistics.
• Partner with recruiters to support recruiting activities.
• Maintain candidate records in the Workday ATS.
• Prepare interview agendas and evaluation materials.
• Develop recruiting reports and hiring metrics.
• Support reporting requests for Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
