Job summary

Carson Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding for new hires and act as the primary contact for candidates. You will help hiring teams with communications, scheduling, and data accuracy to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will post openings, manage the ATS, track progress, and develop metrics and dashboards to inform hiring decisions. This role supports onboarding, sourcing, and collaborative HR activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in recruiting coordination or related role.
• Experience supporting onboarding and recruiting operations.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Experience coordinating university recruitment and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks, communications, and follow-ups with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates; provide proactive updates and track next steps.
• Post open positions through ATS, job boards, and other recruitment channels; maintain candidate data.
• Develop recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements; build templates and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners; support HR activities.
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
