Job summary

Carson Wealth in Omaha seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to manage end-to-end onboarding and serve as the main candidate contact. You will coordinate communications, scheduling, and data integrity across recruiting teams, while supporting sourcing and onboarding operations.

You will post roles in the ATS, maintain data accuracy, develop hiring metrics, and improve processes. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in recruiting coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or similar role.
• Experience supporting onboarding and recruiting operations.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating university recruitment and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proactive follow-through.
• Ability to identify problems, propose improvements, and work independently or with others.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for all new hires and coordinate tasks with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, providing proactive updates and next steps.
• Post jobs in ATS and other channels; maintain candidate data and progress.
• Develop recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Build templates, email sequences, and automated workflows for candidate comms.
• Develop pipelines with community partners and campus recruiters.
