Job description

Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

Coordinate recruiting operations and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear, timely communication that helps them feel informed, welcomed, and valued. Maintain accurate recruiting data, track candidate progress, and support hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. Improve workflows, reporting, and candidate communications to strengthen hiring efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

What To Expect
  • New Hire Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires. Coordinate onboarding tasks, communications, and follow-ups with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Candidate Experience & Interview Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. Provide proactive updates and track follow-ups and next steps. Support interview scheduling, candidate assessments, interview materials, and preparation documents as needed.
  • Recruiting Operations & Systems: Post open positions through the applicant tracking system, job boards, and other recruitment channels. Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and track progress through each stage of the hiring process. Assist hiring teams with applicant tracking system usage and recruiting best practices.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Develop recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and dashboards to inform hiring decisions and provide updates on candidate status and pipeline health. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements. Build and maintain recruiting templates, email sequences, and automated workflows, and continuously improve candidate communication touchpoints.
  • Sourcing & Community Partnerships: Assist in developing pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles and in-demand skill sets. Support diverse sourcing efforts and establish relationships with community organizations, universities, and industry programs. Coordinate campus recruitment events and partner with department leaders to support internship initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Additional Support: Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to improve hiring outcomes. Provide support and backup for recruiting and other human resources activities. Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
