Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Recruiting Operations & Candidate Experience coordinator to help manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will schedule interviews across multiple time zones, keep applicants data updated in the ATS, and post job ads across boards to attract talent.

You will also be the primary contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a professional experience. The role supports onsite and virtual interviews, plus hiring events and pre-employment activities

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools (ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates across multiple time zones and teams.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Post and update job postings across various job boards and career sites.
• Manage recruiting calendars, interview logistics, and follow-up activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during early stages of the hiring process.
• Provide timely updates and ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient process.
• Support onsite interviews, virtual interviews, and hiring events as needed.
• Partner with recruiters to track candidate pipelines, move candidates through stages, and follow up as needed.
• Assist with preparing interview materials and other materials to hiring managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities (reference checks, background checks, drug screens) with guidance from TA leadership.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, job fairs, and onboarding coordination.
• Contribute ideas to streamline workflows and improve candidate/hiring manager experience.
