Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help deliver a smooth, engaging, and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and ensuring a seamless full-cycle recruitment process.

You will support sourcing efforts, maintain the applicant database, and assist with onboarding and new-hire orientation, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 1 year of preferred HR/Recruiting experience or internship.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Advanced in Excel; PowerPoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, coordinating scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy and reporting.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and schedules across hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with background checks and onboarding steps.
• Oversee coordination of New Hire Orientation twice per month and collaborate with Training & Development.
