Job summary

Journey Found, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR function under the Chief of Staff. You will manage full cycle recruiting, maintain the ATS, and coordinate onboarding and staff changes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, maintaining personnel files, and supporting benefits administration as part of a comprehensive HR program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with recruiting (2 years minimum).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Digital literacy: Outlook, Applicant Tracking System, HRIS system, MS Word & Excel, online recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruiting and Employee Life Cycle.
• Sourcing candidates and maintaining ATS.
• Creates and maintains personnel files.
• Coordinates onboarding.
• Process employee position changes and terminations.
• Keeps up to date on employment regulations and law.
• Collaborates with management to improve relationships, morale and retention.
• Participates in staff meetings to communicate HR initiatives.
