Job summary

Camin Cargo Control Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes across the company. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate journey from posting through orientation and compliance.

You’ll manage HR data in ADP and internal systems while upholding confidentiality and company policies. In this role you will coordinate interviews, help with background checks, prepare offers, and maintain accurate personnel files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven HR administration or recruitment support experience.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, especially ADP.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Hiring Support: coordinate sourcing, scheduling interviews, background checks, E-Verify, and onboarding documents.
• Data Entry & Systems Management: update employee data in ADP and Camin internal HR systems.
• Administrative HR Support: draft and send offer letters and manage requisitions.
• Onboarding Process Management: organize comprehensive orientation and training.
• Exit Interviews & Employee Feedback: conduct interviews and report trends.
• Phone and Email Support: answer HR inquiries professionally.
• Personnel File Maintenance: keep electronic files accurate and compliant.
• Reporting & Analysis: produce monthly/bi-weekly HR reports for managers.
• HR Project Coordination: support HR initiatives and events.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: protect employee data and ensure legal compliance.
