CAMBA is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator in Brooklyn, NY. This role supports pre-employment and post-employment onboarding, ensuring background checks, licenses, verifications, IT setup, and new hire orientation are completed on schedule.

You will work with program managers and Talent teams to meet deadlines, maintain files, and uphold confidentiality while enabling a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 2+ years HR or onboarding experience, strong communication and

Qualificações

Two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
High School Diploma or equivalent, or undergraduate degree.

Responsabilidades

Pre-Employment Onboarding: create and send welcome emails with information regarding background checks and health requirements.
Launch pre-employment clearances per regulatory requirements (fingerprints, verification checks, etc.).
Verify licenses and degrees/diplomas/certifications; maintain recruitment trackers daily.
Coordinate with IT and Payroll to set up resources for new hires and schedule orientation.
Maintain electronic files and ensure confidentiality; support audits and compliance needs.
