Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
• Experience with ADP or another HR information system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including pre-employment screenings, paperwork, orientation scheduling, and communication with hiring managers.
• Enter and maintain employee information in ADP and other applicable systems.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and HR records.
• Assist with Form I-9 completion and employment eligibility verification procedures.
• Support recruiting by assisting with interviews if needed.
• Assist with payroll preparation by gathering changes and coordinating corrections.
