Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically ADP, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system, post openings, and track candidate progress with accurate records.
• Prepare and process new hire paperwork, ensuring timely and complete documentation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate information and adhere to legal and ethical hiring practices.
