Job summary

ManpowerGroup, via Experis, is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Washington DC. The role will coach Recruiters, align KPIs with the staff, and partner with local leaders to improve delivery strategy and outcomes.

You will drive recruitment strategies, develop training content, and ensure top talent retention while expanding market share in IT staffing and professional services. Hybrid work is available in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in professional staffing.
• Formal or informal management/lead/leadership experience coaching others.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Recruiters to improve performance and meet KPIs.
• Lead adoption of best practices, recruitment strategies, technology and tools.
• Build recruitment strategy for clients in the assigned market.
• Develop and execute the market’s plan for delivery, retention and engagement.
• Work with direct reports to develop sourcing strategies where KPI gaps exist.
• Encourage collaboration and share talent pools across the team.
• Identify skill gaps and support improvement plans with available content.
• Partner with leadership to pinpoint root causes and suggest program-level improvements.
• Ensure the delivery team redeploys talent to retain top performers.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reviews based on scorecard outcomes.
