ManpowerGroup's Experis is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Washington, DC, with hybrid work options. You will coach recruiters, align KPIs, build delivery plans, and partner with local and regional leaders to improve performance across the team.

You will drive staffing strategies, oversee quarterly reviews, and ensure quality and compliance while developing talent pools and leveraging available training content. The role reports to Experis leadership within ManpowerGroup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience in professional staffing.
• Formal or informal management/lead experience coaching others.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop Recruiters to increase associates out and revenue.
• Lead adoption of best practices, recruitment strategies, technology and tools.
• Build recruitment strategy for clients in the assigned market and develop delivery plans.
• Partner with leadership to identify root cause issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct quarterly/annual reviews based on scorecard performance measurements.
