Experis, the global IT resourcing leader, is seeking a Recruiting Manager in Washington DC. You will coach Recruiters, align KPIs, and develop market delivery strategies to improve performance and client outcomes.

The role supports a hybrid work model and requires strong leadership in staffing. You will partner with leadership to identify skill gaps, implement training content, and drive recruitment excellence across the market.

Formación

• 3+ years recruiting experience in professional staffing.
• Formal or informal management/lead experience coaching others.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to Have: IT staffing experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor direct reports, including onboarding and ongoing development.
• Analyze recruiter performance data and create action plans to address deficiencies where needed.
• Ensure KPIs are being met on a daily basis and also validate quality and compliance expectations are met.
• Meet one on one with direct reports that are struggling to fill their roles to offer suggestions and support.
• Build recruitment strategy for clients in the assigned market.
