You will leverage data and market insights to improve performance and implement best practices across the team, driving strong results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Proven ability to lead recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruiting across markets, clients, or programs.
• Coach and develop a team of 20+ Recruiters with accountability and engagement.
• Drive recruitment metrics: quality, submissions, placements, service delivery.
• Optimize productivity and resource utilization across geography and teams.
• Forecast hiring demand with client and market leaders to meet SLA goals.
• Ensure open requisitions are managed and filled within service expectations.
• Monitor compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
• Use data to identify trends, assess risk, and implement improvements.
• Provide market insight and delivery guidance for workforce planning decisions.
• Address escalation and drive continuous improvement with leadership.
• Support discovery, transition, and ramp initiatives for programs.
