Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters delivering talent solutions across an assigned market, client, or program. You will drive recruiting performance, improve candidate and client experiences, and align delivery with hiring demand and business goals.

You will coach and develop recruiters, manage team productivity and workload distribution, and partner with sales and client leaders to support hiring needs and achieve delivery targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing.
• Experience managing recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology tools.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, improve performance, and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full-cycle recruiting execution across markets and programs.
• Manage and coach a team of 20+ recruiters.
• Drive performance by improving candidate quality, submissions, and placements.
• Forecast hiring demand and plan recruiting coverage with client leaders.
• Ensure open requisitions are filled within service expectations.
• Monitor compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
• Use metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Provide market insight and delivery guidance to clients and stakeholders.
