ManpowerGroup seeks a Recruiting Manager to oversee a 20+ recruiter team delivering talent solutions across markets and programs. You’ll drive productivity, quality, and service delivery while aligning recruiting with hiring demand, client priorities, and revenue goals.

You will coach, manage workload distribution, and partner with sales and client leaders to hit targets. Strong leadership, data-driven mindset, and ability to build trusted relationships are essential in this fast-paced role,

Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruiting across high-volume environments.
Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams (virtual teams preferred).
Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting tech tools.
Ability to use data/metrics to drive decisions, performance, and risk management.
Build and maintain client/stakeholder relationships; strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

Coach and develop a 20+ recruiter team; drive accountability and performance.
Improve candidate quality, submission volume, and placement outcomes.
Forecast hiring demand with client/market leaders; plan coverage to meet SLAs.
